PHILIPPE JAROUSSKY IN VILNIUS

World famous countertenor, French singer Philippe Jaroussky will give a first concert in Lithuania, together with Hungarian soprano Emöke Barath and renowned baroque orchestra Ensemble Artaserse.

Program will present arias and music works by Georg Friedrich Händel.

Concert will take place in one of the most beautiful spaces of Vilnius old town – Grand Courtyard of Vilnius University.

 

LAURIE ANDERSON – THE LANGUAGE OF THE FUTURE

One of the most original today’s artists Laurie Anderson will give a concert in Vilnius, this is her second visit to Lithuania (the first was organized by Vilnius Festivals in 2012).

World famous artistic personality from New York – composer, performer, visual artist, storyteller – will bring to Vilnius her own performance “The Language of the Future”.

This concert is the only one appearance of Laurie Anderson in Baltic countries in 2018.

Performance will take place in Vilnius Congress Concert Hall.
