Do you know the feeling of impatiently waiting for a cool breeze on a hot summer’s day? That’s just how fans of Kremerata Baltica all around the world feel ahead of each performance by the orchestra.

The Kremerata Baltica chamber orchestra founded in 1997 by the legendary violinist Gidon Kremer has today reached its Olympus. Evidence of this is intense concert seasons, exclusive projects with the most prominent music stars around the world, and recordings that have reaped prestigious Echo Klassik and Grammy awards.

The Lithuanian members of Kremerata Baltica will take to the stage as part of the Christopher Festival, together with a team of virtuosi soloists, together performing a charming, minimalistic program dedicated to summer.
